We have invested in IoT technology to provide real-time information to maintain the quality of thousands of homes across the UK. Sensors provided by Glasgow-based iOpt (Internet of Property Things) monitor aspects like ventilation and potential for damp, flagging potential issues with landlords at an early stage. The initiative is believed to be the first of its kind in Europe.
