We believe in the power of data, technology and design to give you control over your future health. One habit at a time. We started 100Plus to empower individuals to be healthier, and to do so by making health an easy and fun part of their daily lives. A convergence of forces now makes this possible: pervasive use of smartphones, sensors that passively track our every step and minute, and access to massive amounts of behavioral and clinical data. When considered in unison, we believe it’s now possible to understand people’s daily behaviors, understand how those behaviors might impact future health and then use this new information to inspire change. Health is made up of thousands of small choices we make every day, and not just something that happens during visits to the doctor or sweating away at the gym. At 100Plus, we want to use technology to give users a sense of control over their future health and help people be healthier one small step at a time.
