Participants are leading high-performing companies and are nominated by a top-tier Silicon Valley venture firm or by a 10X CEO member; they must demonstrate humility and a drive to learn at an accelerated pace and to address opportunities with substantial impact across business models, talent, and core systems. The program aims to generate meaningful increases in annual value for participating firms by leveraging proven frameworks rather than inventing new ones.
