Because we offer more pay, our staffing turnover is greatly reduced making longer client relationships possible with the same resources. • 15 IT Resources $15.00 Flat Fee Per Hour To do this we developed a way for consultants to keep more of their wages than our competition. We do this by charging the consultant a flat fee of $15.00 dollars an hour for each hour worked subtracted from the client hourly rate, or 15% per hour if the client is paying less than $35.00 dollars an hour, as well as providing options for health benefits at an affordable cost. • 15 IT Resources $2,000 Referral Bonus When you refer IT Consultants to 15 IT Resources you become eligible to receive a $2,000 referral bonus 30 business days after a contract hire start date begins! • 15 IT Resources $10,000 Direct Hire Placement Cost If you’d like to hire an IT Consultant from 15 IT Resources today, there will be a flat placement free of $10,000.00.
