3 Day Startup (“3DS”) creates opportunity and builds community through entrperenruship education that is dynamic and inclusive. Our in-person, hybrid and virtual programs build the knowledge, skill, and entrepreneurial mindsets necesssary for young people to start new ventures and thrive in entrepreneurial careers. 3DS supports early stage entrepreneurs on their journey from idea to building successful businesses for profit and impact. We understand the complexities of executing on ideas and the specific challenges faced by marginalized groups (BIPOC, women, LGBTQ, neuro-diverse, disabled, etc). Our global network supports these founders by providing access to training mentoring, community, customers, and capital. We collaborate with partners in education, economic & workforce development, business, and local government around the world to build strong pathways to business ownership. Since our founding in 2008, we have over 16,800 3DS alumni from 500+ programs across 6 continents at over 200 schools - including Harvard, MIT, WHU (Germany), Technion (Israel), and the University of Texas - have launched more than 140 companies that have collectively raised $208 million in investor capital. Over 40 companies that have emerged from 3DS have been accepted to prestigious accelerators such as Y Combinator, TechStars, and Capital Factory.
