We just recently changed our company name to 307 EP LLC.  We operated under the name of Dillingham Energy Services LLC for 11 years.  307 is the area code for the beautiful State of Wyoming and we wanted our company name to reflect our great State of Wyoming.  Our company has a single purpose: delivering unbiased, strategic and actionable advice to clients facing issues that are complex – and urgent. Whether a large-scale corporate restructuring,, merger/ acquisition or privately-placed equity or debt financing transaction, 307 Energy LLC provides advice that addresses the core realities of each situation and the many constituencies that have a stake in the outcome.

To date, 307 EP LLC  professionals as a group have represented companies, restructured approximately $400 million of assets, advised on mergers and acquisitions valued at over $200 million. Dillingham Energy Services LLC is an independent firm, which means we can advise and represent our clients without any conflicts of interest and pursue a single-minded goal of maximizing value for our clients.

307 EP LLC was founded in September 2003 by Garion Dillingham who previously assisted some of US largest utilities and natural gas suppliers with profitable operational insight and acquiring power generating assets.
