3rd Decade is a national 501c3 non-profit organization that provides FREE financial mentoring and education to young adults. By helping you make simple changes in your financial behavior, we equip you with tools to be financially confident and successful. We provide: Financial Education - Four educational classes over the course of 4 months to all participants. A total of 10 hours of training focusing on personal finance, budgeting, savings, debt management, and investing. Financial Mentoring - Free two-year relationship with a professional financial mentor to establish and manage a personal financial plan which covers spending, saving, and investing personalized to each participant.
