4th Sector Solutions was founded on the idea that 4th sector organizations — that combine elements of private, public and non-profit entities — have unique capacity needs that can best be served by an organization focused on supporting their non-core activities. Charter schools are 4th sector organizations. They are non-profit corporations that receive public funding, but operate much like private sector organizations.

4th Sector Solutions (www.4thsectorsolutions.com) is Louisiana’s largest and most experienced provider of charter school CFO and HR Director services and training.  Our services also include school operations, foodservice administration, application support, start-up, strategic planning and facility financing.  Our principals have helped 40+ charter schools raise $300+ million in facility financing.

4th Sector serves clients across the state of Louisiana and operates out of Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Monroe.  The 25+ Louisiana charter schools we serve include multi-campus CMOs, small schools starting with kindergarten only, and rural schools.  Our Louisiana team members have participated in over 30 Louisiana charter school applicant interviews over the past six years.

4th Sector’s clients also include Harlem Village Academies in New York, Friendship Public Charter School in Washington, DC, and the One World Network of Schools.
