A-1 Renovation, Inc. is a licensed general contractor located in the Piedmont Triad of NC.  Our primary areas of expertise are commercial renovation projects, as well as maintenance service contracts for commercial property management companies and clients with multiple locations.

Our years of industry experience have allowed us to successfully handle all facets of renovations.  We provide high quality service and results for our customers' renovation and maintenance needs.  We handle "everything from the roof top to the black top."  We currently have well-established, long-term general renovation and maintenance contracts (including emergency and after-hours service requests) with large national property management companies which cover a wide variety of industries and clients.
