(AACC) is a construction management company, focused on providing commercial, academic, life sciences, industrial, hospitality, and retail sector based construction throughout the Northeast. For the past twenty-two years AACC has developed a reputation of bringing attention to detail, and process driven management to our clients most important projects. In addition to hard bidding pre designed projects for our clients, AACC specializes in collaborative project delivery methods such as: Construction Management, Design / Assist, Design / Build, Engineer-Procure –Construct, and IPD Alliance. AACC also provides an extensive array of consulting services for institutions, municipalities, banks, developers and sureties. These services include program management, cost estimating, project audits, and permit expediting. AACC has a broad geographic footprint and has completed projects in seven states over the past three years. As a labor neutral construction management company AACC has formed a strong partnership with union labor, however maintains relationships with merit based subcontractors for flexibility. Whether we are constructing a new warehouse facility at the port of Providence, an office fit-out high above Boston’s financial district, or a flagship retail store on 5th Ave in Manhattan, we bring millions of dollars of construction experience to every endeavor.
