Our commitment to young people is rooted deeply in the tradition of A. Lange & Söhne. The Lange Watchmaking School, established in 1997, provides training in horology and craftsmanship for aspiring watchmakers. After completing the three-year apprenticeship, they can work at the Lange workshops and are considered among the most talented individuals within the watchmaking industry. 

We employ staff from almost 22 global locations and are committed to diversity and equal opportunities, offering opportunities within the areas of watchmaking, product development, tool making, sales, marketing, purchasing, finance and human resources.
