A Lighter Me has been in business for over 10 years now providing people with help and support on their weight loss journey and making sure they have the best time possible when with us. We have several locations throughout Mexico with our most popular location being Tijuana. We have drivers that will pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel and to and from the hospital. If you are feeling up to it and want to go shopping? No problem! Abraham our transportation director will be happy to take you and show you around! Your support person that will be accompanying you, if you choose to bring one, won't be forgotten either! Abraham knows of all the best food places in Tijuana and will be excited to share them with you and your support person! When you arrive to the hotel and throughout your time with us, our patient care coordinators will take exceptional care of you and make sure you have what you need. They will give you your bag that will have a few little goodies that will help you in your recovery and act as suggestions to some items that may not have been as popular in your diet before but could be helpful to you now.
