A. M. Saccullo Legal, LLC was founded by Anthony M. Saccullo to meet the ever-changing needs of clients in Delaware and in the Delaware Courts.  The goal was to create a dynamic law-firm business model that provides the services and advice that our clients demand, while reducing overhead and expenses:  ultimately passing the benefit of those savings on to our clients.
In January 2011, Anthony welcomed Tom Kovach to the firm as Special Counsel.  Together, Anthony and Tom render legal services to clients in a wide-array of environmental, transactional, and litigation matters in all of the Delaware Courts.
Meg Augustine joined the firm in 2017, leaving the Illinois Attorney General's office and returning to Delaware commercial litigation, corporate governance, commercial bankruptcy, and federal practice.
