Since being established by Jennifer Hawley in 2011, A Reflection of You Counseling & Support Services (ARYCSS), LLC has been dedicated to providing services to those in need and who wish to remain in the home setting. Through the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) & Nursing Home Transition/Diversion (NHTD) Waivers we provide Service Coordination, Independent Living Skills Training & Community Integration Counseling in 15 counties of upstate New York. Since 2011 our goal has been to keep each individual that we serve living a healthy and safely within his/her home. In doing so we have prevented MANY hospitalization and Emergency Room visits. NHTD = Terri Mercado at (585) 368-3562 at Unity Health Systems, in Rochester, NY. In April 2015, ARYCSS, LLC began providing Support Services across 13 counties of upstate New York. These services provide in-home care for people with a need for daily living assistance regardless of age and with or without disability. We provide non-medical assistance with daily living needs for the elderly and disabled. Our experienced team of experts works with families and their loved ones who are in need of support, education, and resources to live independently and safely in their home. We specialize in senior care, traumatic brain injury sufferers, dementia, and physically disabled or anyone in need of assistance at home and in the community. Our compassionate and capable caregivers help with the many aspects of daily life that are difficult for many who wish to live independently at home.
