In 1951, A. Vernon Allen started the company, which would become one of the most established and finest custom homebuilders in Naples. Mr. Allen, a Kentucky native, moved to Naples and brought his trade to, what was at the time, a small fishing town. His mission was singular: to build only the very finest custom residences by combining unparalleled customer service with uncompromising attention to every detail.

During the ensuing years, AVA has maintained Mr. Allen’s focus on the zealous pursuit of quality, luxury and craftsmanship. We are very proud of our reputation for combining unequaled customer service and response with attention to detail and the finest craftsmanship in the Naples market.

Today, our company is directed by Ryan Benson and Andy Bringardner, whose expertise in construction and management maintained our reputation as the builder of the finest single-family custom residences in Southwest Florida.
