About A&A Consultants A&A provides comprehensive engineering services to private firms, governmental agencies and large corporations. We provide our clients with quality engineering services on schedule and within budget. A&A was founded in 1996, and is D.B.E. certified through the PA Unified Certification Program which includes the state of Pennsylvania, Allegheny County, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), and the Port Authority of Allegheny County. A&A is also certified D.B.E. by the PA Department of General Services. Our commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail results in safe and cost-effective design. The engineering disciplines we specialize in are structural, geotechnical, environmental and civil.
