What We Do Provide Certified Nursing Assistance and Personal Care Assistance. Helps individuals with Activities of daily living. Such as bathing, incontinence care, meal preparation and eating, light housekeeping, errands and transportation. All care givers are supervised by a Registered Nurse. Who We Do it for Need Assistance following surgery or procedure. Individuals who have onset or presence of life-threatening or altered mental conditions. Members discharged from hospital or Skilled Nursing Home. Members whose family is away and cannot devote continuous care. How We Do it Upon contact with Aamira Home care, Aamira will schedule immediate meeting with the family in need of service. Registered Nurse, Patient care coordinator will help customize a care plan for the loved ones. Aamira will introduce the care givers to the family and follow up scheduled dates to ensure quality of service.
