Abacus!, based in Springfield, Missouri, operates as a brand that encompasses two independently owned firms: Abacus CPAs LLC, a licensed independent CPA firm providing attest services, and Abacus Business Consulting, LLC, delivering tax and business consulting. The two entities function under an alternative practice structure aligned with the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, and they are independently owned, with liability not extending across entities. The mission emphasizes building long-lasting client and employee relationships through mutually beneficial partnerships, attracting top talent, and upholding excellence and professionalism, with the aim of honoring God in all activities. Core values include integrity, client service orientation, people focus, a positive attitude, and ownership. In 2023, Abacus! was recognized as Inside Public Accounting Best of the Best and was listed by Accounting Today among the fastest-growing U.S. accounting firms.
