We are an independently owned and operated community association management company based in Potomac, Maryland and we serve the greater Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Abaris Real Estate Management Inc. is also proud to be a part of an elite group of management companies that have earned the Community Association Institute’s highest designation of Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC).

Our dedicated and professional staff of community managers, accountants, and administrative support staff have over 350 years of industry experience. All of our community managers hold a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS), or Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) professional designation. In addition, our accounting staff is under the direct supervision of our in-house Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
