Aberdeen Place Hospice is based upon a community street where neighbors looked out for and supported one another. It is an environment of peace, caring, comfort and security that we have carried into our organization.  We provide physical, emotional and spiritual care to those living with a terminal illness. Our focus is not only on the patient, but on the patient's community -- family, friends and care givers. We provide expert care where patients are — in a private home or care facility. Our service area is the Georgia counties of Cherokee, Cobb, Dawson, DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gilmer, Gwinnett, Hall and Pickens.
