Our mission is simple: we shorten the path from concept to execution by removing operational and financial obstacles. We provide fully configurable, move-in ready, private BSL2 lab suites, fully equipped with the foundational equipment that scientists need to begin their research on day one.

We currently have four incubator buildings with office-space available in every building, ensuring our tenants can maximize their lab space while having their business development team members in the same building.

Through curated partnerships, shared resources, and an innovative tenant network, we have built a collaborative community with a support system that helps startups bring their discoveries to life.
