As Founder and CEO of ABN Financial Group, I lead a nationwide life insurance organization producing over $1M in new business each month. We specialize in advanced life insurance strategies, retirement planning, estate solutions, and tax-efficient financial design — helping families and business owners protect what matters most.

But production is not the real story.

What drives me is building people.

I’ve spent decades recruiting, mentoring, and developing life insurance professionals into high-performing leaders. I believe success in this industry is less about scripts and more about psychology — about identity, fear, discipline, and resilience.

That belief led me to develop what I call the “4% Life” — the idea that extraordinary performance begins when you change your relationship with fear and rejection. When you stop avoiding discomfort and start using it as fuel, you separate yourself from the 96%.
