Most of our clients range in size from one to fifty employees. Frequently the goal of the Employer, the plan sponsor, is to maximize the benefits for the principals and a few valuable employees, while minimizing as much as possible the cost of benefits for the rank and file  participants. And many times this can be accomplished by a proper plan design that creates various classes of employees with different levels of benefits. Some classes may even be excluded from participation altogether, thus reducing significantly the costs of maintaining the plan.
