Academic Coaching and Writing (ACW) supports and guides graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, faculty members, staff, and administrators to advance their academic dreams. Our vision is to create a community to overcome isolation and empower you with the tools you need to succeed in academia. ACW is a group of professional academic coaches and consultants dedicated to supporting your academic writing and career needs. Our services include research consulting and coaching for dissertation and academic writing; career and professional growth (including help with balancing the demands of research, teaching and service); and leadership development. ACW offers a unique blending of coaching and consulting services to support academics at all levels to reach their goals— dissertations, grant proposals, scholarly articles or books, academic job applications, and advancement in academia, or transitions out of academia. As consultants, we provide expertise to help you develop the skills you need to succeed. As coaches, we approach our relationships from a place of deep listening that supports the whole person and we provide structures to keep you on track.
