The mission is to develop individualized continuing education initiatives by first assessing the needs of the healthcare providers, and then tailoring educational programming to specifically meet these needs. To best identify and address gaps, we conduct thorough needs assessments and measure members of the healthcare team knowledge and competency through high level outcomes analyses including performance improvement studies.
