Qualified candidates are required to be admitted to practice law in California and should have 6 or more years of relevant experience at (i) nationally or regionally recognized law firms or (ii) in-house legal departments. Acceleron currently seeks qualified candidates with experience in any of the following areas: mergers & acquisitions; venture capital transactions; technology transactions (including software-as-a-service (SAAS)); debt financings; privacy and cybersecurity; and tax & benefits.
