Access Community Health Center serves the acute and chronic health care needs of all community members. Our Mission: Access Community Health Center is committed to providing comprehensive, culturally competent, quality health care to everyone, including NYC's most vulnerable people, regardless of ability to pay. Fee Policies: Most insurances accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Debit and credit card payments are accepted (Visa or Mastercard). Fees are based on a sliding fee schedule, depending upon income, ability to pay and family size, for those without insurance.
