Access Nursing is a New York City–based concierge nursing and care provider, delivering thoughtfully tailored private-pay care in both hospital and home settings, designed to meet patients and families exactly where they are.

Founded in 1985, Access Nursing brings over four decades of experience supporting individuals through moments that require discretion, reliability, and personalized attention. Our core focus is New York City concierge care, and we are contracted with many of New York City’s hospitals to provide in-hospital concierge bedside services, while also serving clients who begin care directly in the home.

We provide CNAs, LPNs, and Registered Nurses for:

In-hospital concierge bedside care, offering one-to-one support, advocacy, and continuity during hospitalization

In-home concierge care, whether independent of or following hospitalization, including post-acute recovery and long-term support

Every engagement is supported by a dedicated 24/7 operations and client services team, ensuring immediate responsiveness, seamless coordination, and dependable staffing—often on short notice. Families and referral partners have continuous access to knowledgeable professionals, real-time oversight, and proactive support.

In addition to New York, Access Nursing also provides private-pay facility care and Medicaid at-home services in New Jersey.
