Through a network of more than 2,000 providers, community partners, community health workers and funders, AHN delivers services that span the full continuum of care. Our divisions include: Access Health Network of Nevada – the nation’s first nonprofit Care Access Plan, providing affordable, comprehensive care for uninsured individuals and families. Access Cancer Care Network of Nevada – offering free and reduced cost cancer screenings, diagnostics, and treatment for low-income Nevadans. Access Women & Children’s Health of Nevada – connecting mothers and children to prenatal, pediatric, reproductive, behavioral, and preventive health services. Access Senior Services of Nevada – delivering Medicare counseling, dementia support, caregiver education, and intensive case management to help seniors age in place with dignity. Access Transportation Center of Nevada – providing non-emergent medical transportation, rural mobility coordination, and food box delivery for vulnerable communities. Access HIV Services of Nevada – offering HIV testing, case management, treatment support, and nutrition services, with clients achieving viral suppression rates above national benchmarks. Access Wellness & Nutrition Center of Nevada – providing medical nutrition therapy, chronic disease education, cooking classes, and prevention programs. Each year, AHN serves more than 25,000 Nevadans, providing over $9 million in direct service dollars and thousands of referrals for both clinical care and social support.
