With over a decade of experience in the industry, we have built an extensive portfolio of properties spanning 3.4 million square meters, valued at nearly EUR 3 billion. We not only finance the construction of new projects but also undertake the revitalization of brownfields, a growing area that now accounts for 32% of our portfolio. To date, we have successfully renewed and transformed 1,104,277 square meters of previously abandoned areas. In 2014, we introduced Accolade Industrial Fund, a premier real estate fund that offers qualified investors the opportunity to participate in our activities.

Our vision extends beyond real estate holdings, as we expanded our reach by acquiring Brno-Tuřany, the second busiest airport in the Czech Republic, in 2017. This move aligns with our dedication to a sustainable industry. In our pursuit of innovation, we have exciting plans for the future. We are currently working on the development and certification of a cutting-edge polygon dedicated to self-driving vehicles.
