AceBounce operates in the hospitality space by pairing table-tennis play with a food and craft-drink program. The venue offers a social, energetic environment designed for groups of friends or coworkers seeking an engaging activity that also emphasizes quality. It serves as the U.S. location of Bounce, a prominent social entertainment brand originating in the United Kingdom, bringing that concept to Chicago. The operation is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Its target audience includes groups of friends or coworkers seeking a distinct, non-traditional setting that blends recreation with dining. In 2017, AceBounce launched the Wonderball system, turning a standard ping-pong table into a video-game-enabled surface that tracks scores and offers interactive multiplayer experiences. With a small team, the company positions itself in the hospitality sector by delivering social entertainment that centers on activity and refreshments rather than pure competition.
