ACEC Minnesota is a nonprofit association that supports consulting engineering firms in Minnesota by promoting sound business practices and policy advocacy. Established in 1949, it brings together about 150 member firms employing more than 7,500 people. The organization is based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Its member firms provide engineering consulting services to government at federal, state, and local levels as well as to private industry and the general public. As a trade association, ACEC Minnesota focuses on representing member interests, facilitating professional collaboration, and advancing policy positions relevant to the engineering consulting sector. In 2023 the organization joined a collaborative effort with ASCE and APWA to support the Engineering & Public Works Roadshow, an initiative aimed at raising awareness of engineering achievements.
