Act2 Retirement Consulting was founded by Charlie Vieth and Steve Zients who have a combined 35 years of experience at T. Rowe Price.  Charlie served as President, TRP Retirement Plan Services and Steve was Executive Vice President in charge of Client Service responsible for client relations, compliance, plan installation and sponsor communications.

Leveraging the extensive experience that both partners have as providers of retirement plan services, Act2 is dedicated to helping plan sponsors better manage their retirement plans.  Services include investment selection and monitoring, expense analysis and fee negotiation, benchmarking fees and services, vendor search and compliance.  Given the experience of its principals, Act2 is uniquely positioned to help plan sponsors maximize the benefits to their employees from the retirement plans they offer.

In addition to helping plan sponsors, Act2 consults with financial services providers to help them better position their products and services, improve administration and develop new products.  In addition to their experience in retirement plan services, both Charlie and Steve have extensive experience in marketing and administration in the financial services industry.
