Ada S. McKinley Community Services, Inc. is a nonprofit based in Chicago, Illinois, focused on empowering, educating, and employing people to strengthen communities. It was founded in 1919 as a settlement house by Ada Sophia McKinley to support World War I veterans and African Americans migrating from the South. The organization serves more than 7,000 people annually through a network of over 70 locations, primarily in Illinois with additional sites in Indiana and Wisconsin. 

Its services spread across three areas — Child Development & Youth; Employment & Community Support; and Behavioral Health & Clinical — and include tutoring, mentoring, college placement, foster care, housing opportunities, counseling, employment training and placement, and Head Start programs. In May 2026, the organization took part in the 23rd Annual Cop on a Rooftop event, where law enforcement collected donations to benefit Special Olympics.
