Overview--
Located in Northeast Indiana, Adams Health Network provides a variety of health and wellnessl services to the residents of Adams and Allen County. Adams Health Network includes Adams Memorial Hospital located in Decatur, Indiana,, multiple physician practices  located in Decatur, Monroe, Berne, and Geneva, Indiana.  Our network also includes two Long-term Care Facilities (Adams Woodcrest, and Adams Heritage) as well as an Assisted Living Facility called Adams Evergreen, which will be expanding in January of 2019., Adams Health Network provides patient centered care and our mission is to serve our patients with with compassion and excellence. 

Awards--
Both Adams Woodcrest and Adams Heritage have been recognized as 2016 recipients of the Bronze Commitment to Quality Awards for their dedication to improving the lives of residents through quality care initiatives.
Adams Memorial Hospital consistently boasts high ratings compared to other regional hospitals in Northeast Indiana on medicare.gov. 

Attractions--
Decatur is a family friendly "small town" providing a quiet setting for residents with plenty of local food, great schools, and in-town grocery and retail stores.
The city of Fort Wayne is a short drive away. Fort Wayne is the second largest city in Indiana and offers many attractions that you would expect to find in a thriving mid-sized Midwest urban setting. Many events happen regularly in the city including music concerts, festivals, and sporting events. 
Fort Wayne is also home to a Zoo, multiple shopping malls, great dinning and nightlife, Art Museums, professional Baseball, Basketball and Hockey teams, multiple Universities, and much more.
