Adapt is a nonprofit organization founded in 2017. Our mission is to enable individuals with disabling conditions to live a fulfilled and independent life. We strive to provide a safe and empowering community focused on adapting beyond one’s condition and maximizing the life experience. While most rehabilitation and recovery organizations focus on traditional methods of physical therapy, Adapt aims to blend modalities, disciplines, and resources in order to provide a personalized experience designed to reduce the challenges that come with varying disabilities. Ultimately, our goal is to minimize the impact disabilities have on a person’s life by tailoring individualized programs encapsulating the following elements: - Activity-based Recovery Services - Mental, Emotional and Family Support - Assistive Technology, Science and Devices Adapt is a place of hope, support and inspiration for all those in need.
