AdCar Associates works with owners and managers of HUD-related multifamily housing, helping them with their HUD-related compliance and management issues. Based in New York, we have clients around the country. Our services include:

-  Helping propective buyers obtain HUD approval to purchase the project;
-  Preparing for and surviving REAC inspections;
-  Preparing rent increase applications;
-  Preparing for MORs, including preparation of Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans, Tenant Selection Plans and the like;

-  Preparation and submission of Section 8 renewal and annual funding requests;
-  Negotiating workout plans for "troubled projects;" and
-  Helping with pretty much all the day-to-day management and compliance concerns faced by HUD owners and managers.
