Adelante Healthcare operates nine community health centers throughout Central Arizona which provide primary and preventative health care to more than 85,000 people each year.  Our mission is to improve the health of our communities by providing affordable, quality, comprehensive primary health care within each patient's ability to pay.

Our  750+ employees include medical, dental and behavioral health providers who offer family medicine, internal medicine, women’s health care, pediatrics, dentistry, lab, pharmacy, nutrition, integrated behavioral counseling and other enabling services.  

Our centers are located in Buckeye, Gila Bend, Goodyear, Mesa, Central Phoenix, West Phoenix, Peoria, Surprise and Wickenburg.
