Mission Statement: Adelante Latino is a Latino-owned firm that works to enhance Latino community development efforts by connecting communities to our ever-expanding network of resources and strategies tailored to the Latino demographic's development needs. The task of training young Latino leaders to guide our community forward is a crucial one. Doing so successfully will ensure continued social and economic prosperity for the U.S. and the western hemisphere throughout the 21st century. Adelante Latino is a 100% Latino-owned organization that engages local, regional, and national leaders across the western hemisphere to train and connect three distinct tiers of our community's future leaders to better serve a new united Latino community. Through our publications, hands-on trainings and other services we engage emerging community leaders so that we can build stronger and more direct relationships between U.S. Latinos and the 640 million people across all Latin American countries thus developing a united global network of Latinos. The organizations and individuals that we serve and engage through our programing are motivated community leaders who will be the key to engaging all Latinos as they foster in a new era of growth and opportunity.
