Advance Community Health is a private, nonprofit, Federally-Qualified Community Health Center. For more than 40 years we have been dedicated to providing the medically under-served with access to quality primary care and support services regardless of their ability to pay. We serve more than 25,000 patients in Wake and Franklin Counties (NC) through 5 primary care practices, a Healthcare for the Homeless program, a dental practice, and wraparound services, including nutrition education, diabetes counseling, and behavioral health integration. Advance Community Health provided nearly $4.5 million last year in medical care, dental care and discounted or free drug prescriptions. We welcome patients who have Medicaid, Medicare, NC Health Choice, private insurance or no insurance at all. We also provide discounts for the uninsured.
