Advanced Installation Services, Inc. was founded in 1993 and is a modular office furniture and architectural wall installation company, a California state licensed contractor and member of the Modular Installers Association. We are known for superior workmanship, competitive pricing, and customer satisfaction. Our headquarters is located in Union City, CA. where we staff 165 employees. AIS works closely with the premier contract office furniture dealers located throughout California and around the country. Our team is experienced with all major manufacturers including Teknion, Steelcase, Haworth, Herman Miller, Knoll, and Allsteel.

AIS provides installation, reconfiguration, delivery, service work and warehousing. We primarily work in the San Francisco Bay Area, but have the bandwidth to perform work in all of Northern California. Our dealer partners have come to rely on our foremen and team of installers for quality projects completed on schedule and within budget. Our proven ability to successfully execute both large and small-scale projects has allowed us to maintain close working relationships with our dealer partners. We believe in precise planning, timely communication, and flawless execution on all our projects. Our experienced and energetic staff is focused on providing the highest caliber of service regardless of project size. We have consistently provided these services throughout the past 26 years. 

In addition to our highly qualified staff of office furniture installers, AIS has become a market leader with its certified architectural wall services over the past 17 years. These highly trained installers specialize in the installation of unique and complex floor to ceiling wall projects. All of our wall projects include a field superintendent who acts as a liaison between our foreman, office, and dealer partners.
