Advanta Medical Solutions, LLC offers a variety of health information, auditing, documentation review, training, and other revenue cycle services.  Following is a description of the types of services that are offered including basic pricing information.  Please note that any specific engagement could be priced separately to take advantage of discounts related to volume, time, and location of services as well as delivery order options for outsourcing, ongoing staff augmentation, and continuous services provided on a regular periodic schedule.  

Principal among Advanta’s offerings is a comprehensive line of auditing, training, and consulting services that are geared toward revenue optimization, compliance with regulatory requirements, performance measurement, and revenue cycle management.  Our firm is unique in that its offerings include institutional (hospital) as well as professional (physician and independent providers) services, and University-based practices.  Our staff mix includes (1) coding auditors and trainers with minimum credentials of RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, and/or MD with specialized coding training and expertise; (2) reimbursement specialists experienced in updating hospital charge masters and developing professional practice super bills, documentation templates, and pick lists; (3) attorneys skilled in handling provider appeals; (4) medical scientists, statisticians, and investigators proficient in detecting potential fraud, waste, and abuse relative to services delivery and billing practices; and (5) consultants proficient at assessing and improving operations affecting revenue cycle management and optimization.
