In a fitness rut?  Try Aerial Fitness a unique fun fitness style (and get some new brain cells as well) using an aerial silk hammock to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture.  One hammock many styles - gentle and restorative,  fun and flying, or power and strength.  Something for everyone, 

Aerial Fitness and Aerial Yoga is accessible to all body shapes and sizes.  It uses and integrates floor poses from traditional hatha yoga, Pilates, stretching, and fitness based moves while using a hammock to counteract gravity and create a fun experience. As a result, this combination relieves compression from the neck and spine. 

New participants will build trust with sitting in and stretching with the hammock at their own pace. Above all, gravity, hatha postures and a hammock provide; natural deep stretching, proper alignment, gently adding traction effects and inversions without straining joints.  

Zina brings an energetic and fun spirit to her classes, motivating people to reach their God given potential for health and wellness. Certified aerial fitness master trainer and instructor and personal trainer, author God it's Good! and co-authored The Green Smoothie Girls.

Zina's passion and life experience has always revolved around vibrant health and fitness. Instructing in the field since 1984, she continually studies health, foods, fitness, nutrition, and wellness. She has overcome earlier health challenges which helped to shape her core beliefs that encompass whole body wellness to establish a healthy lifestyle, mind body and spirit. 

Our body is a gift from God and our response is to be thankful and a good caretaker of it. I live the lifestyle I want to help others with.

Teaching is not about what you can do, it is about helping others to go beyond.
