AeroComputers, Inc. is a California-based company focused on aviation and aerospace components, specializing in systems that guide airborne operations. Founded in 1993, the firm designs, builds and markets computer systems that coordinate tactical tasks for flight operations, bringing together geospatial maps, real-time video overlays, image capture and data storage. The company’s early development stemmed from the work of founder Mark Gassaway, who built the first system and presented a prototype to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, a collaboration that informed the initial UltiChart software.

Its UC-6000 and earlier mission-management software is deployed by more than 250 law enforcement, fire, military and other public-safety organizations worldwide. The offerings address airborne operational needs for mapping, video integration, data handling and secure transmission in public safety and defense contexts. Based in Oxnard, California, AeroComputers operates with a small, specialized team focused on delivering these niche airborne technology solutions.
