Aerotek Design Labs, LLC was established to provide engineering, manufacturing and aftermarket support services to the commercial and general aviation aerospace sectors. • Aerotek Labs is an STC and PMA holder. Aerotek works directly with DER’s, DAR’s and ODA’s for FAA Certification Programs. • Aerotek Labs specializes in Part 25 STC certification packages as well as complete Certification Program Management. Aerotek Design Labs, LLC was established in 2006 as an aerospace technology company. The company was formed by the past employees of Verizon Airfone, Inc. • Aerotek Design Labs is an STC and PMA holder under FAR 21.308h. FIS FAA approved via CHI-MISO for PMA manufacturing. • Aerotek Design Labs is an FAA Certified Repair Station (CRS#3ADR648Y) under FAR/EASA part 145 located in Plainfield, Illinois. • Aerotek develops ATP test procedures required to support LRU repair and return to service. • Aerotek also includes our custom MTBF tracking system for reliability/Pareto data analysis. • Full SCM and Global Logistics support. • Engineering, STC Certification, PMA/LRU Manufacturing, SCM, Kitting, CRS Repair/ATP Design and Satellite systems. • Quality system approved by FAA. AS9100 Compliant. Our main focus is within the In-Flight Entertainment Connectivity (IFEC) marketplace, as there is a great need to provide FAA Certification in this area. We are a full service FAA organization holding STC and PMA approval, under FAR part 21.303h. We are also certified under FAR part 145 as a Certified Repair Station (CRS) and hold European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) approval.
