Aether Consulting has been acquired by Seidor, a multinational consulting firm specializing in IT services and technology solutions with 35 years of presence in the market. Headquartered in Barcelona, Spain the Seidor organization has US offices in Houston, Detroit, New Jersey, Miami and California. All customers, employees and activities of Aether Consulting have been acquired by Seidor as of October 1, 2017. “After 15 years, now we turn a new page,” said Jerry Eisinger, President of Aether Consulting and now Consulting General Manager of Seidor USA. “It is important to me that we let the Aether customer base know that all Aether employees are moving with the transition and they will continue to be served by an experienced team of implementation and technical consultants who will be moving forward as Seidor team members.
