Affiliated Communications was founded in 1984 to provide service and support for customers' voice communication needs. We've grown into a premier communications distributor with offices in Dallas/Fort-worth, Austin, Houston, and Madison, Wisconsin.

Affiliated Communications is a certified business partner with Avaya.  We provide Avaya's full product line including business class phone systems such as the IP Office and data networking equipment.  More importantly, with an average of 17 years of technical experience of Nortel and Avaya products, Affiliated Communications services a very large customer base of legacy Nortel equipment, i.e. maintenance services, site surveys and network readiness assessments.

We are currently the largest ShoreTel business partner in Texas.  ShoreTel, the "Brilliantly Simple" business communications system, is one of our top rated product lines with a very high rate of customer satisfaction. ShoreTel's single image architecture and simple management tools makes for an easy transition from existing legacy phone systems and services.

Affiliated Communications' hosted voice solutions, Clear Cloud Access and Unison, is the next evolution of reliable, maintenance free business class telephone services for 1-Unlimited users. We provide full hosted PBX services and SIP Trunk access that allow our customers to leverage cost reductions, disaster recovery, increased productivity and the flexibility of being mobile these days.
