Affordable Housing Access, Inc. is a California-based nonprofit organization in the real estate sector focused on creating and preserving affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families, individuals, and seniors. Founded in 1999 as a 501(c)(3) organization and based in Newport Beach, it collaborates with developers to develop and rehabilitate housing across the West. Through its efforts with developer partners, AHA has acquired or rehabilitated more than 20,000 affordable housing units.

In March 2026, Affordable Housing Access joined with Eagle Real Estate Group to form a joint venture that acquired age-restricted multifamily complexes in Escondido, California. The collaboration included additional partners and public-sector entities, illustrating AHA’s reliance on partnerships to advance affordable housing initiatives. As a small, specialized nonprofit active in the real estate sector, AHA operates within a broader network of organizations that develop and manage affordable housing.
