For 20 years, Affordable On-Sites Drug Testing Services has been a partner for substance abuse testing—pre-employment, or on the job screenings in the Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina area and beyond.

Affordable On-Sites works exclusively with SAMHSA certified lab testing partners LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics.  We also work with The National Center for Drug Free Sport, Inc., the premier provider of SPORT drug testing. 

On-site specimen collection: Our secure on-site collection process reduces production downtime for your employees, and reduces the risk of altered specimens. Employees, once tested, may return to work immediately.
 
National Collection Site Management: All of our testing and collection policies follow SAMHSA guidelines and incorporate local, state and federal laws to protect you and your employees.

Contracted Medical Review Officers: Our Medical Review Officers (MRO) are dedicated to helping employers ensure the integrity of all their drug test results. 

Third Party Administrator: If your business has onsite collection facilities, but no laboratory account, we will manage a laboratory account on your behalf with one of our providers. Your results will be sent directly to you from the lab.
