AFSCME Local 3299 is a labor union affiliated with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees. It represents about 20,000 University of California workers across ten campuses and five medical centers, including custodians, food service workers, cooks, bus drivers, licensed vocational nurses, nursing assistants, medical assistants and technicians.
